C’est nul de perdre son passeport ! Surtout en Chine ou on en a besoin pour circuler (bus longue distance, train, avion), pour avoir un hotel ou pour avoir un acces internet dans un cybercafe. Heureusement que je l’ai perdu a Shanghai : il y a un consulat francais.
Je me renseigne un peu sur les delais et la facon de recuperer des papiers. Il faut compter 12 jours !? Ben j’espere que non.
Dimanche : je reviens de l’aeroport, Seb est rentre a Paris et tout est ferme. Je ne peux qu’appeler les compagnies de taxi dans un desquels j’ai perdu le passeport. Mais ca ne donnera rien.
Lundi : c’est parti pour le consulat francais, ca se passe tres bien et ils sont capables de fournir un passeport temporaire en 1 jour ! La classe. Mais pour ca il faut un papier du bureau de Securite chinois (PSB), ca c’etait pas prevu. En tout cas je ne suis pas tout seul, on est deja 3 au consulat a etre sans passeport ce lundi matin.
Go au PSB alors : il faut 2 jours pour avoir le papier en question.
Ensuite je vais chez Air France pour voir s’il ny a pas moyen d’echanger mon billet d’avion rate (et non echangeable). Comme prevu c’est non, il faut que je rachete un billet d’avion. :'(
Je dine avec Barbara et Delphine pour me consoler, 2 vacancieres de passage a Shanghai.
Mardi : on me dit qu’en fait les 2 jours d’attente pour le papier c’est peut etre du flan. Bon je vais voir au PSB. C’est le meme gars au comptoir qui me demande mon nom. Il tire les papiers que je lui avais fourni de l’endroit ou il les avaient poses la veille. Et puis il rempli un nouveau papier, celui qu’il me faut et il me le tend jette. Donc en gros les gars du PSB ne font rien durant les 2 jours de delai. Pourquoi il ne font pas le papier directement quand on leur demande? mystere !
Retour au consulat : j’ai mon laisse passe (equivalent a un passeport valable 1 mois entre la Chine et la France uniquement). Youpi ! Il me manque plus que le visa chinois pour pouvoir repartir ! Il faut aller le chercher…au PSB.
Au PSB il me manque un papier, le justificatif de residence a Shanghai qui devrait etre donne par l’hotel. Haha !
Je passe une super soiree avec Eric qui est dans la meme galere, on va dans un super resto japonais ou ils font la cuisine devant toi et a volonte (boissons a volonte aussi hein).
Mercredi : J’ai le papier de l’hotel, ca devrait etre bon au PSB. Ils me disent de revenir dans l’aprem pour recuperer le visa, et voila je l’ai ! En fait ca n’aura pris que 3 jours (travailles) pour avoir les papiers necessaires. Reste plus qu’a prendre l’avion vendredi.
Bon a part le coup de racheter un billet d’avion et d’assurer un minimum le boulot a des millers de km, c’est quand meme sympa Shanghai. Il fait chaud et humide, on sue des qu’on met le pieds dehors, ca sent pas tres bon dans la rue de l’hotel mais on rencontre plein de gens vraiment cools.
