Here’s a nice video (by Bruce Branit) of what creating worlds in VR could look like :
World Builder from Bruce Branit on Vimeo.
Nice !
This is an amazing video and a great example of how a VR ui/hci could look like. It seems that the actor had no problem interacting with the VR menus with the small feedback of sound and visuals. I am looking forward to the implementations people produce for these interactions with VR components.
Very sad story…
But great work!
You misspelled his name in the introduction, it’s Branit, not Banit, anyway, very impressive stuff, some of the best CGI I’ve seen on the internet, or well, anywhere. Can’t wait till this stuff becomes reality! his website: http://www.branitvfx.com/
Thanks for posting such a cool vid!
@23 : Oops thanks, it’s corrected =)
@Maxim : I’m not forgetting you, the article is on its way 😉
@Cb: Thanks Sebastien! =)
We are now working on huge update to our project. I will write you an e-mail when we will be able to demonstrate some new features and techniques.
